Snap Shot of the Week

The Nest this week have launched our new book The Gingerbread Man. We have had some strange goings on where there were flour footprints and baking equipment spilled on the floor. We have investigated and think there may have been a Gingerbread Man in nursery. We have read some of the traditional tales about The Gingerbread Man and are going to explore if all biscuits are the same. Have you ever wondered why a biscuit is hard and a cake is soft, yet they often use the same ingredients?

Year 1 have started to look at their throwing skills and on Thursday mastered over arm throwing. We could not believe the distance that we could throw the ball.

Easter Egg Hunt

Congratulations to all those who completed the Easter Egg hunt over the holidays. We hope you had lots of fun doing it. We will be choosing a winner from all the lovely egg designs next week (so please ensure that you bring in your entry if you have not already done so). We will announce the winners next week and hand out treats to all the Egg hunters.

A big thank you to the Friends for organising!

We are super excited about this one-of-a-kind event coming to our community – Swift and Styles Live! Thanks to a fantastic connection with a parent in the industry, we’ve secured this amazing concert for our families. Whether you’re a fan of Taylor’s hits or Styles’ smooth tunes, this is a night that promises something for everyone!

Bring the whole family for a fun-filled evening of live music, good vibes, and unforgettable moments. We’ve got a bar for the grown-ups and snacks for the kids – it’s the perfect way to spend an evening together. Don’t miss out – mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable night. You have a short priority period left before we open up remaining tickets to the wider community.
