Summer Fair

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Summer Fair last Saturday—it was a fantastic day! With glorious weather and a wonderful turnout, the atmosphere was full of fun and community spirit. There was something for everyone, from games, a BBQ and a bar, to a bouncy castle, face painting, hook-a-duck, craft stalls, a tombola, a café, and a raffle packed with amazing prizes. We even had the amazing Miss Bradley showcasing her race car. We’re delighted to share that we raised a significant amount of money for the school, which will go towards supporting our pupils and projects. A very special thank you goes to the Friends and all the volunteers who worked so hard to organise and run the fair—your efforts truly made the day a success!

Snap Shot of the Week

In year 3, we have been learning about forces and magnets this term. Here we are testing the strength of the magnets at school.

Snap Shot of the Week

Some exotic visitors in Wrens. On Wednesday, we were really lucky to have a special visit from one of our parents who brought some exciting creatures in for us to observe. We enjoyed meeting Giant African Land Snails, Isopods, Millipedes, a Leopard Gecko and a wonderful Snake named Luna.

Snap Shot of the Week

This Thursday, our talented Rock Band and Orchestra had the fantastic opportunity to perform at a concert hosted by John Masefield High School. Both groups played their hearts out, showcasing their hard work, enthusiasm and musical skills.

We are incredibly proud of all the children for their courage and commitment, especially performing so confidently in front of a large audience. It was wonderful to see their enjoyment and passion for music come through in their performances.

A huge well done to everyone involved!
