Leaver’s Service
Our Leavers’ Service at the church was a truly special and emotional occasion. Year 6 led the way with heartfelt speeches, sharing memories, gratitude, and hopes for the future. Their words were thoughtful, honest, and inspiring—leaving more than a few of us reaching for the tissues! The children also sang beautifully, filling the church with music and meaning. It was a powerful celebration of all they have achieved and the people they’ve become. We are so proud of them and send them off with love and best wishes for the journey ahead.

Year 6 Safari Park Trip
Year 6 rounded off their time at Colwall with an unforgettable trip to West Midlands Safari Park. The children were thrilled to spot lions, giraffes, zebras, and rhinos as they journeyed through the safari. They explored the walk-through animal enclosures, braved the theme park rides, and shared plenty of laughter throughout the day. It was a fantastic way to celebrate their time together and create lasting memories before the next chapter begins.
Celebrating Reading and Music Success
This week, we proudly celebrated our annual Reading and Music Awards—two areas at the heart of our school. Pupils were recognised not only for their achievements but also for their passion, progress and perseverance. Our Reading Awards honoured those who have shown a real love of books, whether through enthusiastic participation, noticeable improvement or a genuine joy in reading. In Music, awards were given to children who have shown talent, commitment, and creativity—both in lessons and beyond. A huge well done to all our winners; we are incredibly proud of you!
