Open Morning: We are inviting prospective new families to come and visit the school on Friday 26th June. If you know anyone who has a child looking for a reception 27 place or anyone who is looking to transfer schools in any other year. Please put them in touch with the school office.
Clubs: There will be no cricket club on Friday 26th June. Apologies for any disappointment.
Gazebos – School are looking for donations of unwanted gazebos. If you have a gazebo that you no longer use, or you see a gazebo advertised on freecycle, please let the Office know – thank you.

School Photos Deadline: The deadline for ordering school photographs is Wednesday 24th June.
Music Tuition: If your child is in year 2 or above and they are interested in singing or learning an instrument at school, please return the Music Tuition form by Friday 26th June. Printed copies available in the office.

Year 1 Visit to the Morgan Factory

Year 1 had a fantastic day visiting the Morgan Factory. The children thoroughly enjoyed their busy day, listening carefully to their tour guide and learning all about how the special cars are made.

They discovered that the cars are handmade, with no robots or large production lines, and that many records are still kept on paper. The children represented our school brilliantly, following instructions, showing lovely manners and making us all very proud.

Our Summer Fair was a tremendous success, raising an amazing £2,014 for the school! We were incredibly lucky to enjoy a wonderful sunny day, and there was so much for everyone to enjoy, including games, stalls, a bouncy castle, face painting, party hair, delicious pizza and refreshments. The children delighted us with some fantastic performances, and the raffle was a huge hit. One of the highlights of the day was the wet sponge throwing stall, where some members of staff seemed to take particular pleasure in soaking Mr Bradford! We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who came along to help and to all those who supported the fair. A very special thank you goes to our Friends volunteers, whose hard work and dedication made the event possible. Thank you all for helping to make it such a memorable day!

Year 5 have been busy creating their own adorable sock monkeys! As part of the project, the children practised and developed their sewing skills, learning how to stitch carefully and securely. They showed great creativity and perseverance as they brought their designs to life. Take a look at their wonderful characterful creations – each sock monkey is unique and full of personality. The children are incredibly proud of their finished work, and so are we!
